Travel Nurses, Inc. is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026, in Lufkin, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning them appropriately.
• Operate and monitor equipment used during procedures, ensuring patient safety and data accuracy.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records of procedures performed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist (preferred).
• Experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Skills

• Proficiency in using medical equipment and software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
