Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $2,434 per week

About the role

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience and current ARRT, ACLS, and BLS certifications for a cardiac cath lab position at a busy general hospital in Norman, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a cardiologist
• Assist in electrophysiology studies
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning
• Operate and monitor equipment used in catheterization and electrophysiology labs
• Document patient care activities and procedures accurately
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and quality care

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
• Current ARRT certification required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration — facility will not pend license or certs
• Licenses and certifications required if applicable

Qualifications

• Skills checklist current within the past year required for consideration
• Two supervisory references from within the past 12 months of employment required for consideration

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
