Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $2,390 per week

About the role

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning patients.
• Operate equipment used in catheterization procedures, such as X-ray machines and ultrasound devices.
• Document patient data accurately and maintain medical records.
• Ensure sterile technique and infection control protocols are followed.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist.
• Experience in performing diagnostic catheterization procedures.
• Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited training program in cardiac catheterization technology.
• Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist.
