Required Qualifications
- Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
- Current certifications in ACLS and RRT or RCIS
- At least 2 years of experience in a cath lab setting
- Willingness to work in adult and geriatric patient populations
- Valid licensing and credentials to practice in North Carolina
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention) and Peripheral Intervention
- Familiarity with GE Innova X-ray and Merge Hemodynamics systems
- Prior experience with Meditech electronic health record systems
Additional Information
The role requires performing as a scrub tech during catheterization procedures, managing patient monitoring, and supporting diagnostic and interventional treatments including CAD, PAD, NSTEMI, PE, and DVT. The candidate must demonstrate a positive and flexible personality, maintain a professional appearance according to scrub dress code, and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
