About the role
Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026 in Lufkin, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist in the preparation of patients for catheterization procedures.
- Operate and maintain equipment used in catheterization procedures.
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure sterile technique and infection control protocols are followed.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist in the state of Texas.
- Experience in performing diagnostic catheterization procedures.
- Knowledge of catheterization techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
- Completion of an accredited cath lab technologist training program.
- Current BLS certification.
