Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $2,326 per week
About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Perform cardiac catheterization procedures including STEMI coverage and elective cases
- Float to pre/post procedural area as needed
- Work 4x10 hour day shifts, 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with alternating weekday off
- Work 36 hours per week
- Include weekend coverage for STEMI call and elective cases if added
- Required to be on-call for a minimum of 14 days per 6-week period, including 2 weekends
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab Technologist experience
- At least one of the following certifications required: ARRT-CI or RCIS (Cardiovascular Credentialing International)
- RCIS, RT(R), or scrub experience preferred
- Current BLS required
- License required if applicable
- Must provide a copy of COVID vaccination card; two doses of COVID-19 vaccine required or an approved declination
Qualifications
Former permanent employees of the facility must have been separated for at least 90 days before returning as a traveler. There is no radius rule for local candidates.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, 4x10 hour day shifts, 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with alternating weekday off, including weekend coverage for STEMI call and elective cases if added. On-call required for a minimum of 14 days per 6-week period, including 2 weekends.
