About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Columbia, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of equipment used in the catheterization laboratory.
- Monitor patient vitals and ensure patient safety during procedures.
- Document patient data accurately and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Cath Lab Technologist in South Carolina.
- Experience in performing diagnostic catheterization procedures.
- Knowledge of catheterization laboratory protocols and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a catheterization laboratory setting.
- Current BLS certification.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating catheterization laboratory equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
