About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 9, 2026, in Clackamas, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist physicians during interventional procedures.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning patients.
- Operate and maintain equipment used in the catheterization laboratory.
- Document patient data accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist in the state of Oregon.
- Experience in performing cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a catheterization laboratory setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Skills
- Proficiency with medical equipment and technology.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

Pay
The pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
