About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 9, 2026, in Clackamas, Oregon.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
  • Assist physicians during interventional procedures.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning patients.
  • Operate and maintain equipment used in the catheterization laboratory.
  • Document patient data accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Current license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist in the state of Oregon.
  • Experience in performing cardiac catheterization procedures.
  • Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a catheterization laboratory setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Skills

  • Proficiency with medical equipment and technology.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

Pay
