About the role
The position involves assisting physicians in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during invasive cardiovascular procedures
- Prepare patients for procedures
- Operate and monitor equipment used in catheterization procedures
- Document patient data accurately
- Ensure sterile technique throughout procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
- Current ACLS certification
- Experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Pass a background check
- Pass a drug screening
