Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $2,115 per week

Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a position in Lewiston, Maine.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist physicians during interventional procedures.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering sedation and monitoring vital signs.
• Operate equipment such as X-ray machines, fluoroscopy units, and other imaging devices.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure sterile technique and infection control protocols are followed.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.

Requirements

• Current license/certification as a Cath Lab Technologist in the state of Maine.
• Experience in performing diagnostic catheterization procedures and assisting with interventional procedures.
• Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with electronic medical records systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited training program in cardiac catheterization technology.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay

Competitive pay package based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 32 hours per week.
