Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $1,841 per week

13-week travel assignment in Newberry, Florida starting 09/07/2026. 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts.

About the role

MedPro Healthcare Staffing, a Joint Commission-certified agency, is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a contract with one of our top healthcare clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, safe, competent, and quality patient care in the Interventional Cardiology department.
• Assist in the performance of various invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Maintain high-level patient care by communicating with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers to address physical, general, and psychosocial needs.
• Function under the direction and immediate supervision of the cardiologist/radiologist performing the procedure.
• Operate ancillary equipment and anticipate/obtain catheters, wires, inventory, and medications as ordered.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practice guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Promote and maintain a patient-focused environment providing timely, compassionate, quality care.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.

Requirements

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• Two years of Cath Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
