About the role
The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist position is based in Naples, Florida. This role involves assisting in invasive cardiovascular procedures within the Scrub and Monitoring capacity, providing direct patient care, and demonstrating proficiency in a variety of interventional techniques. The specialist will participate in quality improvement activities and unit committees.
Schedule
- 10-hour shifts, days (07:00 AM to 05:30 PM)
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
- May require floating to the North campus during working hours, but not for call
- Call responsibilities: 12 days in a 6-week period with 1-2 weekends (Friday through Sunday)
- 30-minute response time for call shifts
Responsibilities
- Assist in invasive cardiovascular procedures in both Scrub and Monitoring roles
- Provide direct patient care
- Demonstrate proficiency in a variety of interventional techniques
- Participate in quality improvement activities and unit committees
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Cardiovascular Technology
- 0 years of experience
- CCI certification (preferably Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS))
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Initial certification in Advanced Life Support (ALS)

Pay
Hourly rate starts at $40 and increases with experience up to $55.20.
