Travel Cath Lab Technician - $2,865 per week

About the role

Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Kansas City, Missouri. The position offers 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts, and benefits including holiday pay, a 401k retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist in the preparation of patients for catheterization procedures.
• Operate and monitor equipment used in catheterization procedures.
• Document patient data accurately and maintain patient records.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Cath Lab Technologist preferred, but exceptional candidates with a strong passion may be considered.
• Valid certification and/or licensure in the state of practice, if applicable.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure, especially during stressful and fast-paced moments in the healthcare setting.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations.
• Pass a background check and drug screen to meet healthcare industry standards.

Qualifications

Pay and Schedule

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Weekly direct deposit ensures timely access to earnings.
