Qualifications And Skills Required

• Active licensure in the state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year recent clinical experience.
• BLS/CPR certification; additional certifications may be required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
• Adaptability to various healthcare environments and shifts.
• Commitment to compassionate patient care and ethical standards.

Additional Requirements For Onboarding

• BLS certification
• Core Mandatory Part I
• Specialty/Unit Exam
