Travel Cath Lab Tech - $3,615 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, starting 10/20/2026. The position is full‑time (40 hours per week) on day shifts of 7 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with patient care in the cardiac catheterization lab (CCL) through technical support to the cardiac catheterization team.
• Deliver direct, safe, competent and quality patient care in the Interventional Cardiology department.
• Assist in the performance of various invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians and coworkers to address physical, general and psychosocial needs.
• Function under the direction and immediate supervision of the cardiologist/radiologist performing the procedure.
• Operate ancillary equipment, anticipate and obtain catheters, wires, medications and other inventory as ordered.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practice guidelines.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.
• Maintain a patient‑focused environment of excellence, providing timely, compassionate care.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment incorporating national patient safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• Two years of Cath Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Pay

Weekly pay via direct deposit; pay package based on 7‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
