About the role

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures
• Prepare equipment and supplies for catheterization lab
• Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as necessary
• Document procedures and patient care in medical records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Current ACLS certification
• Experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory preferred
• Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology

Qualifications

• Current Registered Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist (RCCLT) certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in computer systems used in healthcare settings
