About the role
A travel cath lab tech radiology/cardiology position is available in Grand Junction, CO.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist in the preparation and care of patients undergoing catheterization procedures.
- Operate and maintain equipment used in the catheterization laboratory.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification as a Registered Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist (RCCLT).
- One year of relevant experience in a cardiology setting preferred.
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with medical terminology.
