Travel Cath Lab Tech - $2,779 per week
About the role
TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 20-week assignment in Seattle, Washington. This position requires 36 hours per week on a 12-hour day shift and is classified as a travel role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Cardiac Lab procedure rooms by ensuring adequate stock and functionality, including instrument sterilization if applicable.
- Prepare patients and equipment for cardiac lab procedures: site preparation, patient draping, arranging sterilized instruments and catheters, and setting up pressure transducers and tubing.
- Operate and maintain quality control of all equipment used in the cardiac cath lab, with knowledge of all related laboratory equipment.
- Scrub in during procedures to assist physicians in maneuvering catheters.
- Obtain and record hemodynamic, electrical, and angiographic data using hemodynamic and electrical amplifiers, digital and line fluoroscopic equipment.
- Monitor the patient's hemodynamic status during procedures.
- Participate in life-saving measures such as defibrillation and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Cath Lab Technologists must be able to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for long periods without difficulty.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- ARRT (R) certification preferred or CCI-RCIS certification.
- State-specific licensing when required.
- Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
