Travel Cath Lab Tech - $2,733 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Cath Lab Technologist to take an assignment in Salisbury, North Carolina. This role is a 26-week travel position starting on August 26, 2026.

About the Role

This assignment involves working in diagnostic and interventional radiology and cardiology procedures. The call team consists of three staff members, including one RN, with specific scheduling requirements. Candidates must be prepared to work 2 of 3 major holidays, with no holiday RTO for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in diagnostic and interventional radiology and cardiology procedures
• Perform accurate monitoring, catheter/drain exchange, diagnostic cardiac cath lab procedures
• Conduct left/right heart catheterization and stent placements
• Operate specific equipment such as GE MAC Lab, Philips iFR/IVUS, and other cath lab systems
• Participate in a call team with specific scheduling requirements
• Complete pre-start modules before beginning the role
• Possible floating within or near the facility as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
• Skills: Scrub, Circulate, Telemetry
• 90% of the role involves Interventional Radiology (IR)
• Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, ARRT or RCIS
• North Carolina or Compact license (pending is acceptable for submittal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EP Device Implants
• Skills: Perform EKG lead placement
• Advanced certifications: ARRT Advanced Cert, RCES, RCIS with Medical Experience
• Experience with specific cath lab equipment and ultrasound/IVUS/IFR systems

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during an assignment.

• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8-hour days
