About the role

Join our team as a Cath Lab Technologist in a dynamic cardiac cath lab environment, where you will play a critical role in performing various interventional procedures and assisting with patient care.

Unit Type: Cardiac Cath Lab
Number of Beds: 3 main beds, plus 1 EP and 1 Hybrid bed
Common Case Volume: 10‑25 cases per day

Responsibilities

• Perform the role of a scrub tech, assisting physicians during cardiac and vascular procedures.
• Utilize EMR systems, specifically Cerner and Xper, for patient record‑keeping.
• Provide high‑quality patient care in collaboration with circulating nurses and other medical staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a cardiac cath lab setting.
• ARRT and BLS certifications required.
• Arizona state licensure (MRTBE, CRT) required.
• Level I Trauma experience required.
• Experience with Phillips and Siemens equipment is beneficial.

Schedule

• 12‑hour day shifts (guaranteed 36 hours per week).
• 8‑12 on‑call days per month with a 30‑minute response time.
• Weekend call required as part of the schedule.
• Participation in a holiday schedule is expected.
• 2 days of unit‑specific orientation will be provided.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
