Travel Cath Lab RN - $3,063 per week

About the Role

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Lexington, Kentucky. This position is a 13-week assignment starting on 09/21/2026, with a schedule of 40 hours per week, 10-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform angioplasties, implant pacemakers, and diagnose cardiac conditions using invasive catheterization procedures.
• Administer care for heart disease and heart attack patients by obtaining visual diagnostics of the heart arteries.
• Identify blockages, assist the physician during procedures, and monitor the patient’s status.
• Administer interventional procedures such as cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, pacemaker and/or defibrillator implantation, and related diagnostic procedures.

Requirements

• Active RN License.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS & ACLS Certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Cath Lab setting.
