Travel Cath Lab RN - $3,058 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a Cath Lab RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Des Moines, Iowa, starting August 10, 2026.

About the Role

This position is a travel nursing assignment lasting 13 weeks, with the possibility of extension or additional opportunities in the same market. The role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, working 10-hour day shifts at a Level 1 trauma facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a Cardiac Cath Lab/CCL setting.
• Perform circulating and monitoring duties.
• Float across campuses as needed.
• Precept new staff or travelers when required.
• Adhere to facility-specific protocols and maintain required certifications.

Requirements

• Minimum of 24 months of current Cardiac Cath/CCL experience.
• Active Iowa/IA license or a compact/multistate RN license at time of submission.
• AHA or ARC ACLS certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support).
• AHA or ARC BLS certification (Basic Life Support).
• Work history/resume must reflect the required 24 months of experience.
• Completion of a skills checklist specific to Cardiac Cath Lab/CCL.
• Driver’s license (required for submission).

Preferred Qualifications

• Structural heart experience.
• Electrophysiology (EP) experience.
• Previous travel nursing experience.
• Scrubbing experience in a Cath Lab setting.
• Professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within the last 24 months.

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may vary and are subject to change during the assignment.
