Requirements & Qualifications
- Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology experience.
- Willing to consider travelers with 1 year of experience.
- Certifications: BLS/ACLS.
- Valid State or Compact License required at time of submission.
- EPIC experience is strongly preferred (required for ER).
- Two professional references completed within two years of the current date, must be completed by someone who worked with the candidate in a supervisory capacity.
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required — Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. Copy of Covid vaccination card required at submission. If requesting a medical or religious exemption, the traveler must provide the completed exemption request within 72 hours of acceptance (must use facility form).
- Flu Vaccine: Unknown.
