Travel Cath Lab RN - $2,405 per week

About the Role

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at a hospital in Charleston, West Virginia. This role supports healthcare professionals with opportunities designed to meet today’s workforce needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for patients in the Cath Lab setting.
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures, including structural cases.
• Respond promptly to on-call emergencies and assist with patient monitoring.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient workflow during procedures.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and scope of practice.
• On-call requirement: 30-minute response time, weekend call from Friday 7 PM through Monday 7 AM, rotating AM/PM shifts, with float within scope if needed.

Requirements

• Active West Virginia RN license (pending license accepted for submission, but must have active license in hand to start).
• ARRT registration required.
• 2 years of RN experience required; 1 year minimum in Cath Lab with competency in all aspects of Cath Lab Diagnostic and Intervention, including Structural.
• No first-time Cath Lab nurses accepted.
• West Virginia does not consider RCIS as licensed to work in the Cath Lab.

Pay

Pay range: $2,545.00 - $2,672.25 per week, based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• Shift: 06:30 AM - 17:00 PM (10 hours).
• Contract length: 13 weeks.
