Pay

$2,900.80 to $3,093.60 weekly. Pay includes taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements.

Schedule

• 13-week assignment
• Shift: Days
• 5x 8-hour shifts: 07:00 - 17:00
• Alternative: 4x 10-hour shifts: 07:00 - 17:00
• Start Date: 08/24/2026

Responsibilities & Skills

• Antiarrhythmics and antihypertensives administration
• Cardiac stent placement and percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI)
• Cardioversion and procedural sedation administration/monitoring
• Circulate procedures and diagnostic/interventional cardiac catheterizations (adult)
• Emergency medication management and IV vasopressors
• IABP placement/removal and Impella insertion
• Infection prevention, isolation precautions, and PPE usage
• Left/right heart catheterization and vascular closure systems (Perclose, StarClose)
• Obtaining 12-lead EKG/ECG and end-tidal CO2 monitoring
• Activated clotting time (ACT) monitoring and sheath removal/monitoring
• Starting and maintaining IVs, including reversal agents
• Cardiac implant closure device management
• Charting in Epic system

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Active VA license or Compact License (quick application process: 2 weeks or less)
