About the role
Aya Healthcare is seeking a Travel Cath Lab Registered Nurse for a position in Columbia, SC.
Responsibilities
- Perform cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures.
- Monitor and manage patient care during procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to hospital policies and protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- Experience in cardiac cath lab preferred.
- Knowledge of circulatory and respiratory systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems, particularly Epic.
