Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Prestonsburg, Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician
• Assist with interventional radiology procedures as needed
• Monitor patients during and after procedures
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab nursing experience
• Interdisciplinary experience (IR) is a plus
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Current AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Hold a West Virginia RN license or a Compact (eNLC) license
• Willingness to float within scope of practice
• Must be willing to secure housing within 30 minutes of the facility to meet STEMI call response requirements

Schedule

• 4 x 10-hour shifts
• 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Monday through Friday
• 1–2 weekday call shifts
• 1–2 weekend call rotations per month

Call Requirement

• Must secure housing within 30 minutes of the facility to meet STEMI call response requirements.
