About the role

Cath Lab Radiology Technologists are the primary resources for technical aspects of cardiac catheterization procedures, angioplasties, and electrophysiology. They work as a critical part of the cath lab team, requiring expertise in reading and interpreting EKG readouts.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical aspects of cardiac catheterization procedures, angioplasties, and electrophysiology
• Work as a member of the cath lab team, ensuring accurate and timely execution of procedures
• Interpret EKG readouts to support the medical team during procedures

Requirements

• Current certification as a Cath Lab Radiology Technologist
• Experience in performing cardiac catheterization procedures, angioplasties, and electrophysiology
• Knowledge of EKG interpretation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a recognized training program in radiologic technology
• Current certification as a Cath Lab Radiology Technologist

Skills

• Strong technical skills in cardiac catheterization procedures

Pay

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
