Travel Cardiovascular Technologist - $2,686 per week

About the role

American Traveler is hiring a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 15-week assignment in Hilo, Hawaii. The position starts on August 24, 2026, and works 40 hours per week with variable 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Covering cardiac catheterization, vascular, and interventional radiology procedures
• Using Siemens Artis Bi-Plane with Synco Inspace/DynaCT, AXIOM Sensis, Pyxis medication and supply stations, Fuji Radiology PACS, Fuji CV PACS, and Philips patient monitors
• Working with EMR/charting system: MEDITECH/Health Connect
• Reporting to Employee Health 48–72 hours prior to the start of the assignment
• Attending the Employee Health clearance appointment on Friday morning to receive flu vaccination or a facility-approved medical/religious exemption

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in angiography with Cardiac Cath, Vascular, and Interventional Radiology skills
• Current BLS/BCLS and ACLS certifications required
• CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) certification required
• Active State of Hawaii license required by start of assignment — license required if applicable

Qualifications

• Flu vaccination or a facility-approved medical/religious exemption required prior to contract start

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
