About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel Cardiac Sonographer for a 13-week assignment in Sioux City, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Perform cardiac and vascular sonography procedures including renal studies, pre-op scans, pain mapping, and other detailed vascular work.
- Average of 7–8 scans per day.
- Approximately 1–2 call shifts per week and 1–2 weekends per month.
- Epic EMR experience required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of current Cardiovascular and Vascular Sonographer experience required.
- At least 1 completed travel contract required.
- RDCS and RVT certifications required.
- ARDMS or CCI certification required.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
- Active Iowa license required if applicable.
- Active Epic EMR experience required.
- Driver's license required for consideration.
- Supervisory professional reference from within the past 2 years preferred.
Qualifications
Candidates with broader and more advanced vascular experience are strongly preferred.
Skills
Full vascular skill set and Epic proficiency.
