Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry monitoring services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Document patient observations and treatments accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Hampshire.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in telemetry nursing preferred.

• Strong attention to detail.

Pay
