Requirements
- Active RN license (Compact license preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of recent CVICU or Open Heart Recovery experience
- Strong knowledge of hemodynamics, ventilators, and cardiac pharmacology
- Ability to adapt quickly in high-acuity, high-pressure settings
