About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a 13-week assignment starting September 14, 2026, in West Islip, New York.
Responsibilities
- Perform cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician
- Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies
- Document patient care activities accurately
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in cardiac cath lab preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
