About the role

The position involves performing various tasks related to the Cath Lab, including assisting physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab
• Prepare patients for procedures, including pre-procedure education and setup
• Operate and monitor equipment used in the Cath Lab
• Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
• Ensure a sterile environment and follow infection control protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare team members

Requirements

• Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist
• Experience in a similar healthcare setting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Cath Lab Technologist program
• Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist
