Medical Solutions is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Bakersfield, California.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures
- Prepare patients for catheterization procedures
- Operate and maintain equipment used in catheterization procedures
- Document patient data accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist
- Experience in performing diagnostic catheterization procedures
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Cath Lab Technologist program
- Current CPR certification
