About the role
TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 26-week assignment in Beloit, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Assist doctors during advanced diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
- Prepare the Cardiac Lab procedure rooms
- Prepare patient and equipment for cardiac lab procedures
- Operate and ensure the quality control of all equipment utilized in the cardiac cath lab
- Monitor the patient's hemodynamic status during procedures in the cardiac cath lab
- Participate in life-saving measures such as defibrillation and cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Requirements
- 1 year of experience
- ACLS, BLS, CCI (RCIS) certification, and state specific licensing when required
Qualifications
The Cath Lab Rad should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean or stoop without difficulty.
