About the role

The healthcare facility is seeking a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Technologist for a day shift position in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role involves supporting cardiac catheterization procedures, including angioplasty and percutaneous interventions, while ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week, 4 × 10-hour shifts
• Two weekdays per week, with every third weekend on call (Friday 17:30 to Monday 07:00)
• Out-of-hospital response time expected within 30 minutes from activation

Responsibilities

• Support cardiac catheterization procedures, including angioplasty and percutaneous interventions
• Operate and maintain Philips, Siemens, and GE fluoroscopy systems
• Assist with Impella and intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) procedures
• Perform atherectomy techniques (including Rotablader)
• Place temporary venous pacemakers
• Monitor Swan-Ganz catheters
• Scrub for procedures
• Respond to cardiac emergencies as part of the cardiac catheterization team

Requirements

• Certified with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Licensed with the Ohio Department of Health
• Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting cardiac procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Philips, Siemens, and GE fluoroscopy systems
