Medical Solutions is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in the catheterization laboratory.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning patients.
• Operate and monitor equipment used during cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Document patient data accurately and maintain medical records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Cath Lab Technologist in the state of Wisconsin.
• Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited training program in cardiac catheterization technology.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with electronic medical record systems.

Skills

• Proficiency with medical equipment used in the catheterization laboratory.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
• Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

Exact pay package may vary based on guaranteed hours, distance being traveled, and customizations available for travelers. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
