About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 26-week assignment starting on July 20, 2026, in Beloit, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist physicians during interventional procedures, including angioplasty and stenting.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning patients.
• Operate and maintain equipment used in cardiac catheterization labs.
• Document patient information accurately and prepare reports for physicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Current American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Skills

• Proficient in operating cardiac catheterization equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and staff.

Pay

The pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, subject to confirmation. This includes a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
