Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Technician in California. This role involves working in a cardiac intervention radiology room specializing in structural heart procedures. The technician will support various interventional cardiology and radiology procedures, ensuring proper operation of equipment and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license (valid California license must be in hand at submission)
• ACLS certification
• ARRT Radiologic Technologist Certification
• Fluoroscopy permit
• CA CRRT State license
• At least 3 years of experience in a cardiac intervention radiology or similar environment (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with interventional procedures such as carotid angiography, pacemaker insertions, IABP placement, and vascular access

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Call shifts required every 6 weeks; candidates should be available for weekend call
• Candidates may be expected to float between nearby sister facilities

Additional Information

• Prior involvement with a Providence facility (permanent, travel, or registry) required
• Two references covering at least one year within the last three years required
