Details
Acute care cardiac cath lab setting with 2 procedure suites
Performs coronary, IR, and vascular procedures — no EP cases at this location
Averages 6 cases per day across both labs
Uses Cerner (transitioning to Epic) and Merge
4x10-hour day shifts, Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
On-call weeknights (Mon–Thu) from 5:00 PM–6:30 AM, and on-call every 3rd full weekend (Fri–Sun, 6:30 AM–6:30 AM)
Call response time is 30 minutes
Holiday coverage on an as-needed basis
Occasional floating to provide 1:1 sitter assistance
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of cath lab experience, with knowledge of cardiac and IR cases
Proficiency in scrubbing, panning, and general X-ray knowledge
Active BLS (AHA) required; ACLS preferred
Experience with Cerner preferred
License required if applicable
Additional Information
2 professional references are required for consideration: 1 from a supervisor within the last 12 months of relevant experience, and 1 from a peer or supervisor within the last 3 years in the same specialty
