Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - $3,180 per week

Job Summary

The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist position is based in McAllen, Texas. This role involves supporting patients undergoing invasive diagnostic cardiac and vascular testing or interventional procedures in a multidisciplinary lab environment. The technologist must be proficient in scrub and monitoring duties utilizing all aspects of catherization equipment, with the ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities.

Schedule

Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Start date: 08/17/2026. Duration: 13 weeks.

Required Qualifications

• Certification as a RCIS or RAD
• Two or more years of Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology experience
• Degree in a related field (BA, BS, BSN, AA) or years of equivalent experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must be able to live at least 50 miles away from the facility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in structural heart procedures
• Experience in diagnostic and therapeutic coronary and peripheral studies
• Ability to scrub and pan procedures for peripheral and diagnostic studies

Call Requirements

One day a week and one weekend a month (starting Friday at 3:30 pm and ending Monday at 6:30 am).
