Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - $3,135 per week
About the role
Hospital in south central Pennsylvania needs help in the cathlab with interventional radiology procedures. Great location close to Baltimore and Philadelphia. PA license takes 7-10 days for completion. Many things to do and see in the area.
Responsibilities
- Perform interventional radiology procedures under the supervision of a physician
- Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization procedures
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist during the procedure
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies as needed
- Ensure proper documentation of all procedures
Requirements
- PALS and ACLS certifications
- Sedation experience
- Current PA license (takes 7-10 days for completion)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a medical setting
- Current BLS certification
