Job Details

Cardiac Cath lab Invasive Technologist position. 17 week contract. Shift: 7am to 3:30pm. On call rotation based on unit needs every other week and every third week in addition to 2 days during the week.

• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• R(T)(R) or RCIS certification required.

• Shift from 7am to 3:30pm.
• On call rotation every other week and every third week plus 2 additional days during the week.

• Must provide various health and professional documentation including Fit Test, Trinity Code of Conduct Form, Trinity I9, Confidentiality Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Respirator Evaluation, Skills Checklist, COVID-19 Vaccine proof or exemption, MMR vaccination proof, Hepatitis B vaccination series, Influenza Vaccine proof or exemption, TB testing, Varicella vaccination proof, Physical/Health Statement, 10 Panel Drug Screen, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, EPLS report, GSA/OIG report, Joint Commission Testing, NSO report, System Access Form, Tdap vaccine or declination, OFAC clearance.
