About the role

The travel Cath Lab Technologist will be responsible for assisting in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning patients
• Operate and monitor equipment used in the catheterization laboratory
• Document patient data accurately and maintain medical records
• Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist (CCT)
• Experience in a similar healthcare setting
• Knowledge of cardiac catheterization techniques and protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited training program in cardiac catheterization technology
• Current CPR certification

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
