Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - $3,000 per week

Job Summary

Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist position located in Dubuque, Iowa. The role involves performing and assisting with peripheral and coronary angio, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), and pacemaker procedures in a hospital-based cardiac catheterization laboratory.

Schedule

• 10-hour shifts on days, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 09/08/2026
• Orientation dates: 09/08/2026 and 09/14/2026
• Holiday Work: Contractor is required to work 1-2 of the 3 upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) unless the unit is closed
• Call Schedule: Requires 50% on-call including every other weekend and holiday. Call back pay is 1.5x with a 2-hour minimum

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of current Cardiac Cath experience
• Certification in ARRT or RCIS
• Iowa Radiology license highly preferred but non-licensed applicants accepted with application at offer acceptance
• Active American Heart Association or ARC/Red Cross ACLS and BLS certifications
• Valid driver's license
• Must have completed at least one travel contract in the previous 12 months
• No first-time travelers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Impella, Acist Injector, iFR, IVUS
• Proficiency with fluoroscopy
• Comfort in peripheral and coronary angio cases
• Equipment experience with Impella and additional device familiarity highly preferred
