About the role
Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist position located in an acute care setting, supporting cardiac catheterization procedures in a 12‑bed unit.
The 13‑week assignment runs from 10/26/2026 to 01/25/2027.
Responsibilities
- Scrub and circulate for cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Assist with general interventions in the cardiac cath laboratory.
- Maintain a 12‑bed unit with an average monthly volume of approximately 170 procedures.
- Adhere to facility dress code and parking procedures.
- Provide on‑call coverage every third weekend (10‑13 call days per month).
Requirements
- Certification: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist).
- Relevant certification(s) as required for the role.
- 1–2 years of prior cath lab experience.
- Willingness to review clinicians with pending state license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Electrophysiology (EP) experience (optional).
Schedule
- Dayshift, 8‑hour shifts (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), Monday‑Friday.
- Minimum 40 hours per week.
- On‑call duty every third weekend, averaging 10‑13 call days per month.
Pay
Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
