HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Arlington, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Perform cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist in interventional radiology and interventional neurology procedures as needed.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning them appropriately.
- Operate equipment and monitor patient conditions during procedures.
- Document procedures accurately and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Cath lab experience required.
- IR/Special Procedures experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Proficiency with medical equipment used in cath labs and interventional procedures.
