• On-call Required: Yes, call required as needed, rotating with staff and agency.
• Floating is required for all travelers.
• Local candidates are accepted for all specialties except OR RN.
• Orientation Day 1 is virtual, at-home.

• Trauma Level: Level I trauma center.
• Total Staffed Beds: 562 beds.

Job Notes

Position / Specialty: Cath Lab Tech
Shift: - 4x12s or 3x12 Days (0630-1900)
Weekend Requirement: Will work 2-3 weekends per contract.

Experience Required

• Years of experience: Minimum 1 year experience required.
• First-timers accepted: Yes.
• Required Work Setting Experience: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab.
• Required Cardiac Cath Lab Procedure Skills: Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement/Removal, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Translational Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Right heart catheterization, Rotablader athrectomy, Scrub Procedures.
• Required Procedural Responsibility Skills: Equipment setup, Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias.
• Required Infection Control Skills: Isolation Precautions, Sterile Technique.
• Required Age Specific Competencies: Middle and Older Adult.

Skills and Qualifications Required

• Cerner experience required.
