Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - $2,930 per week

About the role

Remede Consulting Group is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Charleston, West Virginia. The position starts immediately and is 36 hours per week, 12-hour days with occasional weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work in a very busy cath lab environment
• Be willing to stay until all cases are completed
• Take call and be flexible with scheduling
• Handle 3x12-hour days from 0830-2030, with weekend shifts every 4-5 weeks
• Rotate between two call teams, covering 2 weekday nights from 7pm to 630am and weekend calls starting Friday 7p to Monday am at 630am
• Use special equipment such as Cerner-EHR, Siemens Artiz Z & Q, Impella, IABP, Philips Volcano IVUS, BSC IVUS, CTO-Abbott, Shockwave Floating, and IVUS
• Work in various adult cardiology and structural cardiology procedures including LHC, RHC, PCI, CTO, Impella, IABP, ECMO, TPM, shock wave, IVUS, Pneumbra, TAVR, Watchman, etc.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the cath lab
• BLS, ACLS, ARRT(BD), and ARRT(R) certifications required
• No first-time travelers will be considered; experience is mandatory
• Must be licensed to work in West Virginia
• Must have an active West Virginia license to start the assignment
• RCIS or RCES are not acceptable
• Must be able to work within a 100-mile radius of the facility

Qualifications

Experience in the cath lab is essential. Must be competent in all aspects of cath lab diagnostic and intervention, including structural procedures.
